In this episode, we talk to two homebrewers and cider makers. We are joined by David Carr, owner and cider/mead maker for Raging Cider & Mead Co., and Bill Benzel, homebrewer, photographer, and musiscian. We delve into the history of David’s brewing and how he is doing his best to use local ingraidents in his cider and mead. We are lucky to try some of his homebrew, hopefully those will make their way in his professional carrer once he is open. Raging Cider & Mead are still waiting for their ABC licence. We find out David is really into mushrooms as well. We delve into Bill’s background as well and drink a 19-year-old mead he made.
