Are you sure you are ready for Part 2? Do you remember what Part 1 was about? If not, don’t worry too much because in Part 2 things change a lot. We still have Eric Van Drunen from Charlie & Echo Winery, but we did lose Casey Miles from The California Spirits Company. We are, however, joined by Solo, a local hop farmer, and Jesse Johnson, who used to work for Pariah Brewing. After a little bit of fun, Josh does get back on track with some questions for Eric about his wines. We wonder how his wine is sour and what processes he uses to make that happen and going one step further, can he replicate his wine. Josh goes off to get a special treat and that is where we start going off the rails. We go back and forth in and out of actual questions and having way too much fun. We do learn that Eric did have to dump one of his wines due to an infection. We finish up the show with some more ridiculousness and one last actual question about how to store wine.
